Growth Marketing Lead
$140K–$180K base, ~$200K OTEThe company is the AI Customer Copilot for multi-location restaurant brands (Shake Shack, Burger King, Sweetgreen, Firehouse Subs) — 20,000+ locations, Series A backed by Peak XV and 645 Ventures, doubling revenue with 160% net dollar retention. They have grown on product and sales alone and now need their first growth engine.

Enterprise sales cycles run 3–9 months. Interviews start week of 5 October: recruiter intro, hiring manager, Head of Sales, case study, in-person with the CEO. Not open to visa sponsorship.
