Key Responsibilities

- Go-to-Market Strategy: Set the go-to-market strategy for our entire product portfolio, ensuring that we are effectively bringing new products and features to market.
- Sales Enablement: Partner with sales leadership to build a world-class sales enablement function.
- Market Intelligence: Build a scalable process for gathering and disseminating market and competitive intelligence.
Required Qualifications
- 8-10+ years of experience in product marketing at a B2B SaaS company.
- 3+ years of experience managing and leading a product marketing team.
- Proven track record of building and scaling a product marketing function.
- Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the [Your Industry] space.
- Experience with both product-led and sales-led growth motions.
- Experience working in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
What Success Looks Like in the First 90 Days
- You have built a strong relationship with your team and key stakeholders across the business.

Compensation Package
- Salary: US: $180,000 - $230,000 | UK: £110,000 - £140,000 | EU: €125,000 - €160,000
- Equity: 0.05% - 0.2%
- Bonus: 20-30% of base salary
