Senior Product Marketing Manager
Salary on Applicationthe client is a New Zealand-founded (2017) construction technology company providing visual progress tracking for complex construction projects, used by large construction firms across Australia, Canada, New Zealand and the United States. The Senior Product Marketing Manager owns how the client shows up in the market: positioning and messaging across segments (GCs, owners, developers), personas (Project Managers, Digital Teams) and geographies; GTM strategy and execution for product, partner and feature launches; end-to-end sales enablement (battlecards, competitive objection guides, one-pagers, ROI calculators, demo scripts, funnel email sequences, new-hire onboarding, launch briefings, deal coaching); content and demand gen (case studies, whitepapers, webinars, landing pages); market and competitive intelligence across the construction tech landscape; customer story and advocacy programmes; and designing AI workflows for competitive monitoring, research synthesis, content drafting and enablement generation. Highly cross-functional with Product, Sales and Customer Success. Values: customer value comes first, act with intent, 1% better every day, simple but not easy. What we're looking for
- •5+ years in product marketing, ideally at a B2B SaaS company
- •Experience marketing to technical or field-based buyers (construction, proptech, industrial or similar)
- •Proven ability to take complex products and craft simple, sharp, convincing messaging
- •Strong writer - can produce a customer story, a one-pager and an email campaign
- •Owns sales enablement end-to-end (battlecards, objection guides, ROI calculators, demo scripts, enablement sessions)
- •Leads go-to-market strategy and execution for product and feature launches
- •Commercially minded - connects marketing activity to revenue outcomes and measures what matters
- •Collaborative and low-ego, comfortable on customer calls and site visits
- •Comfortable with ambiguity in an evolving function at a fast-moving company
- •Based in Toronto or Vancouver, Canada
Nice to have
- •Experience in construction technology; familiarity with platforms like Procore or Autodesk Construction Cloud; experience designing AI workflows for product marketing (competitive monitoring, research synthesis, content drafting, enablement generation)
