Founding Demand Generation Manager

$150,000 - $225,000 base + equity
the client builds AI agents that do end-to-end accounting work for large firms. Raised $100M Series B at $1B+ valuation (Khosla Ventures, Accel, Google Ventures). Founding Demand Gen Manager will be the first dedicated demand gen hire, owning full-funnel demand across two ICPs: a white-glove ABM program for top accounting firms, and a scalable outbound engine for in-house finance teams. Must build the function from scratch and be comfortable as the sole team member initially. Source: Paraform (role id cms9661jp00050aj9nnd7avf6). What we're looking for

  • 3-8 years of experience in B2B demand generation or growth marketing at a high-growth software company
  • Built full-funnel campaigns generating qualified pipeline at a technical B2B software company
  • Experience with ABM programs targeting enterprise accounts
  • Worked closely with Sales/BDR teams on lead handoff and conversion
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Fluency with HubSpot/Salesforce, attribution tools, and marketing automation
  • Experience with paid media, intent data, and enrichment tools (e.g., Clay)
  • Must work on-site 5 days/week in NYC (Flatiron)
  • Startup or zero-to-one marketing build experience preferred
  • Open to visa sponsorship if needed

Nice to have

  • Experience at a modern fintech/SaaS company (e.g., Ramp, Vanta, Brex, Rippling, Carta); experience scaling a founding/early marketing function 0-to-1
