Senior Demand Generation Manager

the client is an all-in-one UX research platform trusted by customer-centric teams at companies like Figma, Gusto, Brex, Canva, and Amazon. The company is remote-first across North America. We're hiring a Senior Demand Generation Manager to own the full demand engine - turning product marketing messaging into repeatable lead-generation systems across organic search, AI search, LinkedIn, YouTube, Slack communities, and paid channels. You'll build and run multi-channel demand programs spanning content, webinars, SEO/GEO, paid acquisition, events, and partnerships, and you'll be accountable for a predictable stream of high-intent leads. You'll also own website conversion (visitor to demo) and continuously test funnel performance from MQL to SQL to SQO to revenue, using AI-assisted workflows, contractors, and automation to scale execution well beyond what a traditional one-person function could do. You'll partner closely with Product Marketing and the Growth Lead across the full cycle from hypothesis to launch to measurement to iteration, owning the prospect nurture lifecycle end to end.
