Growth Marketing Manager, Enterprise
$117K - $189K base + equitythe client is remaking the $280B the client insurance claims process with an AI-powered RCM automation platform. Series C funded ($220M total, $99.8M in this round from Oak HC/FT, 8VC, First Round Capital, and Y Combinator). Revenue and headcount have 2.5x'd every year. This Growth Marketing Manager role owns the enterprise ABM engine from 0-1 - the client has used an agency for ABM to date and is now bringing it in-house. You will work in lockstep with Sales and the Head of Growth to turn target enterprise accounts into closed-won revenue. Responsibilities: building multi-channel ABM campaigns for strategic enterprise accounts (personalized content, targeted advertising, sales-aligned outreach sequences, executive events); defining account segmentation frameworks with the Head of Growth; owning pipeline contribution metrics (SQL/MQL) for the strategic account segment; acting as the marketing counterpart to Sales for enterprise accounts; selecting and optimizing ABM tools and building repeatable playbooks. Tech stack: Salesforce, HubSpot, 6sense, Demandbase, RollWorks, Terminus. Visa sponsorship available for the right candidate (OPT/H1B transfer).
What we're looking for
- •Built or run ABM campaigns targeting enterprise accounts at a Series A-E startup
- •Bachelor's degree required
- •Based in SF, NYC, or Denver; able to work 4 days/week in-office
- •Can quantify direct pipeline/revenue impact of past campaigns
- •3-5 years of experience in ABM or growth marketing at a high-growth B2B SaaS startup
- •Worked closely with Sales on named account strategies
- •Proficient in ABM tools (6sense, Demandbase, or similar)
Nice to have
- •Experience in healthcare, fintech, or regulated industries; hands-on with Salesforce and HubSpot for campaign execution. Traits to avoid: large/slow companies (PE-backed, Fortune 500) without startup experience; only broad demand-gen experience with no account-based focus; Director+ level candidates unwilling to be hands-on ICs.
