Founding AI Growth Marketer
$160K - $240K base + equitythe client is the most accurate and reliable legal AI agent for contracts, built by a founding team with deep hands-on expertise in AI and commercial contracting/legal operations. Backed by Y Combinator and Engineering Capital ($1.9M pre-seed), and operates as an Icertis company. Enterprise customers (JPMC, Nestle) with 90%+ PoC-to-purchase conversion. Seeking a founding B2B growth marketer with a builder's mindset who can personally build a fleet of AI agents (Claude Code / OpenAI equivalents) to run structured growth experiments at scale. Full autonomy over strategy, tools and budget, working directly with founders (report to Farah Gasmi, co-founder). This seat is expected to grow into leading the marketing team. Role: own growth end-to-end across paid (Google, LinkedIn), organic, SEO/AEO, Reddit, lifecycle and partnerships; create all content personally (product videos, ad creative, landing pages, campaign copy) for technical enterprise buyers (legal, procurement, GTM ops); benchmark legal-tech/contract-AI competitors; build own marketing data stack and report on pipeline/CAC/ARR impact.
What we're looking for
- •Experience in B2B marketing (enterprise, technical B2B, software engineering, or B2B SaaS)
- •Experience working at an AI-native company or as a founder of an AI-native marketing agency; can build agent workflows or contribute to an internal automation/agent stack
- •Experience building AI agent workflows and growth infrastructure (vibe coding, light scripting, prompting, Claude Code, OpenAI equivalents)
- •Builder and 'hustler' mindset (actively building and executing rather than consulting)
- •Ability to work full-time in-office in New York, NY
- •5-8 years of experience as a growth or product marketer or marketing operator
- •Ability to design growth experiments, iterate on positioning and ICP, track channel metrics, and pull data self-serve
- •Ability to script, shoot, and edit short product videos and marketing assets (images, quotes, case studies)
- •Ability to write landing pages, launch narratives, and campaign copy for technical enterprise buyers (legal, procurement, GTM ops)
Nice to have
- •Experience as an in-house marketing operator (head of growth, marketing head, growth marketing, demand generation, or marketing operations)
- •Avoid: pure marketing consultants lacking in-house operator experience; marketers reliant on pre-built dashboards lacking data extraction skills
