Founding GTM Engineer

$90K - $130K base + equity
The company builds developer infrastructure (bring-your-own-cloud) that lets AI startups ship software and agents directly into their customers' cloud environments. Backed by $5M seed. Founding GTM hire: build the growth engine from scratch with the founder, using Claude Code / Codex to automate content, ads, SEO/AIO and outbound (LinkedIn, email, Twitter). Relaunch the blog and changelog, run X/Twitter ads, analyse GitHub, website, docs and mailing-list data. About 70% building automations, 20-30% analytics. Remote, no visa sponsorship.

What we're looking for

  • •GTM engineering experience at a B2B developer or AI infrastructure company
  • •Ships GTM automations, integrations and scrapers end to end using coding agents (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex) and owns both strategy and build
  • •2-8 years of experience as a GTM engineer
  • •Has built both inbound and outbound acquisition systems: content, SEO/AIO, ads, plus outbound automation across LinkedIn, email and Twitter

Nice to have

  • •Experience at early-stage startups (Seed to Series C)
  • •Experience with GTM and analytics tools (Attio, PostHog, Clay, CRMs, email automation, advertising platforms)
  • •Experience with TypeScript or Python
